What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy on all online orders. Items must be unopened and in their original condition with all tags and packaging (including cellophane wrapper) intact.

Unfortunately international returns of unwanted items are not accepted.

How do I return an item?

To return an item, you must first obtain an RMA (returns number) by contacting us at customerservice@theperfumearmoire.co.uk. Once you receive your RMA number, you can post the item back to us at The Perfume Armoire Operated by The Perfume Armoire Ltd. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting your returned item, provided it is in resaleable condition.

What if I received a free gift with my order?

Any free gifts included with your purchase must also be returned in order to receive a full refund.

Can I return opened perfume bottles?

No, we can only accept returns of unopened items in their original condition with all packaging intact, including the cellophane wrapper.
